Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns 

I accept Returns.  Just contact me within 14 days to arrange a return, please ensure you choose a trackable option and mark parcel 'RETURNS' especially if returning from the US, if you fail to do this - any custom charges will be deducted from the refund.  Return costs are the buyers responsibility. However if, the item is faulty, I will issue a full refund

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If there is a fault contact me first, so I can help you 

Exceptions to Refunds

Digital Downloads and Custom/Personalised Items such as Custom House Portraits are not eligible for refunds, but please contact me if you have an issue and I will do my best to help sort it out (Nursery Letters which have personalised Name Tags can be refunded as it is only the name tag that is personalised)

Processing time will take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on several factors (time of year, detail in house etc) if its for a special occasion, let me know so I can bump it up the priority list.

UK:

For items priced at £13 or below, shipping will be £2.79

 

Items between £13 and £29, shipping will be £3.50 

 

**Custom Art House Prints are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.50

 

 

Overseas: 

For items priced at £13 or below, shipping will be £12.50

 

Items priced at £13 to £25, shipping will be £14.50

 

for items £25 and above, shipping will be £18.50
